Our Mission

The mission of Friends of Foster Children (FOFC) is to enhance the quality of life for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in the San Gabriel Valley.  Founded in 1976, FOFC provides goods, volunteer services, and financial support to children living in residential treatment centers and to newly emancipated teens.
